I've been keeping a journal ever since I found out I was pregnant. The first entry was happy...because that was week 5. At week 6 the sickness set in. So the next 6 weeks worth of entries were pretty grim. It helped to vent about it, I do tend to be a bit of a complainer, and I definitely don't want to just be a downer to everyone I talk to about it. So the journal was my complain-to friend. But last night I was so happy to write a nice, excited happy entry.
Everyday gets easier and easier. I like food now! I'm just so happy to want to eat! I still have to take my little magic pill in the mornings so I can keep my breakfast down. But once I get started, I can eat almost anything I'm craving!
We are both getting very excited to know if the little peanut is a boy or a girl. That will be the next step to feel like this is really happening! I may eat these words soon...but I'm also excited to start showing. At 13 weeks now, I'm just feeling a little...chubby. It doesn't look like a baby bump yet, just like a beer belly. lol
I'm excited for all the happy days ahead.

My super balanced pregnancy diet
So far my super health conscious, ultra balanced pregnancy diet has consisted of:
Because I'm suddenly lactose intolerant...neat?Disgusting, I know. But they actually settle my stomach. And...
That is all. Because it's all I can keep down. And yes, I am slowly withering away due to malnutrition. But my doctor assured me that the baby will be fine, since he/she will simply suck the life out of me for survival. I feel like such a precious vessel...

Month of L.O.V.E.
Ok so January did end. Even with all my mellow-drama...it did end. :)
Here's to hoping February, the sweet month of Love will bring me more positive vibes and happy times!
Maybe I'll even cook something...
this is a hobby I have neglected since moving in with the family. Mom seems to always beat me to it, darn her and her fabulous housewife-ness!
